Milk Chocolate Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce!

This weekend, my family came up with a very nice cheesecake for me. Obviously, it was for me as it had all my favorite ingredients: milk chocolate, Amarula, creme de cassis and raspberries… and did I say CHOCOLATE?!!
